Darren Francis
Darren is a former lawyer who works with professional services organisations – both in the UK and internationally – to help with projects including advising on client perception, client listening, and key client management. This includes design and delivery of learning and development programmes; personal mentoring and support for lawyer and senior executives; developing account management and relationship management processes and strategies; conducting client listening programmes; and implementing change to service delivery as a result of feedback.
